MIGHTY DUCKS CHILDREN'S CLUB   

Families and Children are very welcome!   Ask about our family rooms.  

Organised Free day activities during June, July & August.    Parents may entrust their children 5 – 12 to the care of our competent and cheerful team at the Leisure Centre.  (10.00 am – 1.00pm & 2pm – 7.00pm) every day, if desired they will also have evening dinner with them in the Restaurant.

There is a cosy well-equipped PLAYROOM on the ground floor of the Leisure Centre at a safe distance from the car park.   In the summertime all our small guests can enjoy our outdoor PLAYGROUND.

During June July & August our small cosy playroom for toddlers is supervised from 10.00am – 12.00 noon & 7pm – 9pm.  This can be pre-booked at reception.

Of course our team have a programme for children, which includes WALKS to the nearby woods and pond where they can see the ducks and geese in their own POND.   Some days all the children get to feed the ducks.

Welcome CHILDREN’S PARTIES – usually on Monday from 5pm – 6.30pm – often provide a welcome first opportunity for getting to know our other young guests.

BABY-SITTING
For our very youngest guests, we do not have an official service but baby-sitting can be arranged on a case by case basis, at your own expense.

Both CHILDREN & GROWN-UPS will enjoy our many facilities such as the Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Children’s Pool, Squash, Tennis and Pitch & Putt or you can rest, relax & revitalise away from life’s demands and stresses by booking some aromatherapy treatments during your stay with us.   We have some board games and playing cards that you can borrow from our team.

Age group from 5 – 12 years. An afternoon programme  of planting your own plant to take home with you after your holiday with us at the Westlodge with Patrick our Gardener.
Our team at the Leisure Centre has allocated 1 hour every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday for Swimming Lessons for our young guests.

CHILDREN’S MEALS
We can serve young guests dinner with all the Children at 6 – 6.30pm every evening or if you prefer they can eat with yourself in the first setting at 6.30 & 7.00pm.   We can serve dinner in YOUR ROOM starting at 6pm.   We have high chairs and Special Children’s Menu.   We do not buy food that has been genetically engineered, if this can be determined.

For CHILDREN WHO MAY FALL ILL and have to stay in bed (on holiday? perish the thought) we have books – and fortunately an excellent family doctor (Dr. Cotter) right here in Bantry.
