Our extensive children’s facilities offer a range of activities for all ages to include Children’s bubble pool, toddler’s pool, outdoor playground, indoor play room and games rooms. During June to August and school holidays, the Mighty Duck’s Club will entertain children from 5-12 years, while younger guests are supervised in our toddlers play room, free of charge, as parents relax and enjoy all the hotel has to offer. Offering FREE daytime activities for children aged 5 – 12 organised by the experienced and friendly team at The Westlodge Hotel. Mighty Ducks Club opens from 10.00am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm – 7.00pm daily, from June to August.

We present a secure, well-equipped PLAYROOM on the ground floor of the Leisure Centre at a safe distance from the car park. Weather permitting families can enjoy the secure outdoor PLAYGROUND, located at the rear of the hotel.

Children under 4 can play in our Supervised Toddlers Playroom from 10.00am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm – 7.00pm daily

MIGHTY DUCKS CLUB : PROGRAM OF EVENTS

• Indoor activities include : welcome party, swimming lessons, indoor sports, videos, story telling, painting & colouring, board games, playing cards, ice hockey, pool and you can grow your own plant to take home after your stay with us.
• Outdoor activities include : nature walks onsite to learn about the trees and plants, visit the ducks and geese in their own pond, you may even get to feed the ducks with Patrick, their keeper or play in the onsite playground.

Both CHILDREN & GROWNUPS will enjoy our many facilities such as the Indoor heated Swimming Pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, children's pool, squash, tennis and pitch & putt or you can rest, relax & revitalise away from life's demands and stresses by booking some aromatherapy treatments during your stay with us. We have some board games and playing cards that you can borrow from our team.

• CHILDREN’S MEALS: The Mighty Ducks team can entertain children while parents enjoy an early dinner at the Restaurant, we organize a children's dinner party, dinner is served between 6–6.30pm every evening or if you prefer, families can eat together in our restaurant in the first setting at 7.30pm with children's menus available. Room Service is also on offer, starting from 6pm. High Chairs are available
• BABY–SITTING: A baby sitting service can be arranged by the hotel at an additional cost, we can not guarantee this service and recommend to pre–book directly with the hotel, call 027 50360.
• For CHILDREN WHO MAY FALL ILL during their stay and have to stay in bed, we are fortunate to have an excellent family doctor (Dr. Cotter) right here in Bantry.
