Civil Cermonies

The Westlodge Hotel are delighted to announce that we hold a civil ceremony license and can cater for up to 200 of your family and friends for your unique ceremony.

We can offer a choice of venues for your special and unique day, the Seafield Suite, the Sugarloaf Room or the Harbour Room, each with a view of beautiful Bantry Bay, and simply decorated with chair covers, flower and candle arrangements. We offer a choice of dining venues after the civil ceremony which can be discussed with our General Manager, Patrick Gill on +353(0)27 50360.

  • 9.00am – 4.30pm Mon – Wed,
  • 9.00am – 7.30pm Thurs
  • 9.00am – 3.30pm Fri

A minimum of three months notice must be given to the Civil Registration Office for a civil wedding. Please note that if either party is not Irish by nationality, or if either party is divorced, this will involve further documentation being required which usually means that more than three months notice will be required.
